I charge £53 per hour as a starting rate. Ideally this will be via a home visit, but can be through other methods. Any other service; planning, project management or a full building service is by negotiation, as all jobs vary in scope and complexity. If any of these services are required I will give a binding quotation, so that you know exactly where you stand.

I have tried to offer as wide a range of services as possible to cover any eventuality, please remember that your requirements are unique to you and, therefore, I must tailor each job to suit you. Please be aware that many situations can be resolved quickly – typically in less than 4 hours.
